Dedicated Shopify support on a retainer, so we're there when you need us.
A retainer gives you prime access to a wide range of professional services at a discounted rate.
As a retainer client, your projects will receive first priority in scheduling.
Any extra monthly hours are billed at the same hourly rate as your retainer.
We will ask for your approval before working any additional hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The minimum we will accept for monthly retainer packages is 8 hours (which is 1 FULL day of work dedicated to your business)
- All our prices are in AUD and customers in Australia will be charged GST at checkout.
- Retainer clients have access to 10% off
- Our normal hourly rate is $150 AUD
