All design packages include two rounds of refinements. In over 90% of projects, this is more than enough to perfectly align the final outcome with the original brief. Our structured discovery process helps us get clarity early, so refinements are usually focused on polish rather than major changes.

You’ll receive all final, approved files relevant to your project. This typically includes high-resolution and web-ready formats, plus any source files where applicable (such as AI or PSD files for branding projects). We’ll ensure everything is ready for immediate use across digital and print.

That’s absolutely fine. We offer standalone services such as logo design, packaging, social media branding, marketing collateral, and more. You don’t need to book a full branding package unless it’s the right fit for you.

Yes! Refinements are part of the process. Any changes requested within the included revision rounds are covered. If additional revisions or new design elements are required beyond the agreed scope, we’ll always discuss this with you first and provide a clear quote.
