While I (Jenny) am based in Sydney and act as your Creative Director and main point of contact, our diverse international team collaborates behind the scenes to bring your vision to life. We use Slack and email for communication, and all client files are managed through Google Drive and Docs to ensure transparency and seamless collaboration.

This depends on the package. Our Website in a Day options are delivered in 24 hours (once assets are received), while custom builds can take 3–12 + weeks depending on the complexity of the build.

Yes. You will be able to confidently update products, pages, images and content yourself. If in doubt, please reach out to our team and we can assist with a video tutorial if needed.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing updates, design changes, development tasks and technical support.

We specialise in Shopify; around 95% of our projects are built on it because we believe it offers the best long-term scalability, performance, and security for growing e-commerce brands. However, we also offer WordPress design and development on request, even though this service isn’t listed on our site. If you’re interested in a WordPress build, just reach out.

We don’t offer copywriting as a stand-alone service. However, if you’re booking one of our services like a Website in a Day build, we use advanced AI tools and proven frameworks to help craft copy that’s engaging and conversion-focused, based on the content you provide.

We still need something to work from (even rough bullet points or old website copy), and we’ll finesse it from there. Think of us as your copy polishers not your ghostwriters.

If you’re after something more in-depth, we can offer a 30–40 minute walkthrough video tailored to your website and needs, available at an additional cost. You’ll be able to keep the video and refer back to it anytime.

We don’t offer brand strategy services such as brand naming, persona development, or customer archetyping. However, if you already have a clear brand direction and assets, we can bring it to life visually through branding, logo design, and digital execution.
